A DVD was required to play on information screens in health centres across the UK. With no sound, it needed to be eye-catching. But with a large, diverse audience, it needed to be easily digestible.
Video production is a finely balanced mix of creativity and attention to detail. In this case the balance was even more finely tuned due to the demands of a national audience with incredibly diverse needs. Key messages of reassurance and familiarity were central to the production values, combating public perception and confusion.
Working within very strict brand guidelines was part of the challenge alongside a need to convey information without sound and at a minimal screen reading average - fortunately, as the name suggests, we thrive on a challenge!
