Attracting and retaining the interest of 15 and 16 year olds was the requirement of a leading financial services training company at a series of national skills events around the UK.
Faced with a multitude of companies competing for their attention the stand needed to have a real draw.
We developed the idea of a quiz that was exciting for the competitors but also encouraged their mates to watch and take part in the next event. Questions were a mixture of general knowledge, lateral thinkers and company information so they learned as they played. The added incentive of a youth friendly music download voucher to each quiz winner helped encourage further visitors to the stand.The quizzes proved popular with up to 30 being run in a day.
Staff members were on hand to capture contact details of all the youngsters so that the opportunity to develop a relationship with the futures financial stars was not lost.
