World tour of the UK, ecstatic client... happy team!
By Abbie Stewart, 26 April 2013 –
If you follow us on Twitter (@ChallengeFactor) you'll know that during the last month or so we embarked on our 'world' tour of the UK to shoot a video for our lovely clients at NFU Mutual.
They were looking for a way of launching their new brand and the advertising that goes with it to the Leadership Team of 120 and the company at large. They already had a 25 line Charter written and we recommended turning that into a video with customers and staff saying the lines... with the intention of making the hairs stand on end on the back of the necks of everyone who watched it.
So, we came up with a plan... to show that all staff and agencies within the UK and their customers had adopted the Charter and the depth of feeling behind it, we needed to visit all four corners of the company.
The client loved the plan, so off we went.
The customers and staff were chosen from as far and wide as Glasgow, Belfast, Bristol, Cardiff, Knutsford in Cheshire, Kent and Bath, so very quickly the team named the shoot - which took just under 2 weeks - our 'world' tour of the UK. There were points when we lost track of where we were - breakfast in Glasgow, shoot day in Belfast, bed in Manchester did make for a slightly confusing day - but we had a fantastic time and met some brilliant people along the way.
Once the shooting was done our editing team spent days locked in the dark depths of the edit suite and produced the final film, which when first watched by senior members of the client body was met with the words along the lines of... "Why don't we just use this as our advert?".
What a shame it's three times longer than an average advert!
It was just as well received by everyone else who's seen it... so, excellent result!
Have a look at the video here to see what we're so excited about... and if you need a new video (or indeed a conference, event or exhibition) get in touch. We're always looking to take on a new challenge that leaves our clients speechless with delight... and that client could be you!
